REFUND

Order Amendment || Cancellation & Refund

Orders can be amended, canceled and refunded if they have not yet been fulfilled. We offer a 24-hour window from the time of order placement for customers to make any changes, including product size, product type, or shipping address or request cancellation as well. 

After this 24-hour period, the order will be processed and fulfilled, and we will no longer be able to accommodate any amendment requests, cancellations or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your refund has been processed from our end, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacement Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lazass.com

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your parcel, we cannot offer you a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain goods are exempt from being replaced. Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if your order gets lost on the way. If you need to replace it for the same item, please contact us at contact@lazass.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a replacement certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process a replacement credit to the gift giver and they will be informed about the replacement.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
