All orders are fulfilled 24 hours after the orders are placed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

While we strive to offer worldwide shipping, there may be certain restrictions due to logistical reasons. If your order cannot be shipped to your desired location, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund for the purchase.

SECTION 4 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

99% of orders pay no customs fees! However, LAZASS.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at contact@lazass.com if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
